May 24: Branch Weaving from the Wild with Lydia

May 24: Branch Weaving from the Wild with Lydia
Let nature be your loom! In this workshop, we will explore using branches and sticks as frames for small decorative weaving projects. In particular, the class will focus on using foraged natural materials as well as fibers in our weaving.
Students will learn weaving basics as well as tips related to branch looms including warping, changing sheds and working with natural materials. Be awed with how natural materials change over time! Each student will leave the class with their own weaving and the knowledge to continue the practice on their own.
Registration closes the Wednesday before class.
There are multiple price points, as this class is sliding-scale, and includes all supplies. Please choose the option that best suits what you can afford right now.
